Hi, I’m Amber, The Business Development Manager for Forever Young in Home Care focused on expanding access to non-medical care services. I’m excited about my partnership with Forever Young In-Home Care, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those in need.
I thrive on identifying market opportunities and have contributed to increasing revenue and brand visibility. Through market research and competitive analysis, I develop effective strategies that align with our mission. Building strong client relationships is essential to me, as I believe collaboration drives success.
I’m committed to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends to keep our services innovative. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a productive atmosphere.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, whether on weekends or vacations. These experiences inspire me as I strive to grow our company to reach those in need of care and support. I look forward to connecting with professionals to explore new opportunities for growth.

After earning my degree in Criminal Justice, I expected to feel fulfilled—but instead, I felt a hole in my heart, like I was meant to be doing something more meaningful. I knew I wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives, but I hadn’t yet found the right path. That’s when Joanie came to me with an opportunity that changed everything—a chance to be part of Forever Young In-Home Care and serve our community in a deeply personal way.
Now, as the Backup Administrator and Marketing Coordinator at Forever Young, I help connect families with caregivers who truly care. I’m passionate about building bridges between our team and the community, making sure every client feels supported, respected, and valued.
I’m also a proud mom to a sweet and energetic one-year-old who keeps life full of laughter and love. In my spare time, I enjoy being with family, participating in local events, and finding ways to give back to the community that has given me so much.
Joining Forever Young has given me purpose, and I’m honored to be a part of this mission to help others live with dignity, joy, and independence.

Hi, I’m Pearl Miles! I grew up in the small town of Rio Vista, Texas, where community and connection have always been a big part of my life. After graduating, I wasn’t quite sure what path to take next—but everything changed when I met Joanie and Amber. From the moment we connected, they saw something in me that I hadn’t fully seen in myself. They believed in me and invited me to join Forever Young In-Home Care as the Life Enrichment Director—and I’m so glad they did.
In my role, I get to do what I love most: bring joy and meaningful moments into the lives of our clients. Whether it’s playing games, doing crafts, sharing stories, or just spending time together, I believe every person deserves to feel valued, engaged, and uplifted. My goal is to make sure the seniors we serve know they are never alone and that life can still be full of purpose and laughter.
Being a part of Forever Young has truly changed my life. It’s more than a job—it’s a calling. I feel so grateful to be part of a team that leads with heart and puts people first.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, enjoying the quiet beauty of small-town Texas, and finding new ways to make people smile.
